What Wellgami is
Wellgami is a mental wellness platform: self-assessments, AI-generated wellbeing reports, self-help tools, and a marketplace for booking sessions with independent licensed therapists. Wellgami is not emergency care and does not provide medical diagnoses. In a crisis, call 112 or Tele-MANAS 14416.
Your account
You must be 18 or older (or have guardian consent) to use Wellgami. Keep your login credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, assessment reports are only as good as your answers.
Therapy sessions and payments
Therapists on Wellgami are independent professionals responsible for their own care. Session fees are shown upfront and paid through Razorpay. Cancellations and reschedules follow the policy shown at booking: changes more than 24 hours before a session are free; later changes may incur a fee.
AI-generated content
Assessment reports and coaching suggestions are generated by AI. They are supportive guidance, not professional medical advice, and can be wrong. Always consult a qualified professional for diagnosis or treatment decisions.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the platform: no impersonation, scraping, attempting to access other users' data, or using Wellgami to harm yourself or others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
Wellgami is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
