What we collect
When you use Wellgami we collect the information you give us: your account details (name, email), assessment answers and results, mood and journal entries, appointment and payment records, and messages you send us. We also collect basic technical data (device, browser, IP address) needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
Your data is used to provide the service: generating your assessment reports, matching and booking therapists, processing payments (via Razorpay), sending transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders), and improving Wellgami. Assessment answers are processed by AI systems to generate your personal report; they are not used to train those systems.
Who can see your data
Your assessment results, mood logs, and journals are private to you. A therapist sees your details only when you book with them or explicitly share something. We never sell your data. We share data with service providers only as needed to run Wellgami (payment processing, email delivery, cloud hosting), each bound to use it solely for that purpose.
Storage and security
Data is stored with our cloud providers using encryption in transit and at rest, with row-level access controls. Payment card details are handled by Razorpay and never touch our servers.
Your choices
You can access, correct, or delete your data by contacting us at hello@wellgami.com. Deleting your account removes your personal data except records we must keep by law (e.g. payment records).
